Who we are. SingForMe is the controller for data collected on singforme.co. Contact: contact@singforme.co.
What we collect.

  • Contact & order info (name, email, billing details).

  • Story details you share to create your song (text, names, dates, photos/audio).

  • Device/cookie data (IP, pages viewed) via Shopify and analytics.
    Why we collect it. To create and deliver your song, provide support, process payments, prevent fraud, and—only if you consent—send marketing emails.
    Sharing. We use trusted processors (Shopify, payment providers, email tools) under contracts; we don’t sell your personal information. We may “share” limited data for advertising/analytics; you can opt out (see “Your rights”).
    Cookies. We use cookies for site functionality and analytics. Manage preferences via your browser or our cookie banner.
    Retention. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
    Security. We use reasonable safeguards; no method is 100% secure.
    Children. Our services aren’t directed to children under 13.
    Your rights (California & others). You may request access, correction, deletion, and to opt out of “sharing” for targeted ads. Submit a request at contact@singforme.co.
    International transfers. Data may be processed outside your state/country; by using our site you consent to such transfers.
