Refund Policy
Because each song is custom-made, all sales are final once creation has begun. O
nce the song has been delivered and/or downloaded, no refund will be issued, as the digital product has been accessed and received by the customer.
A refund may be granted only if:
• A verified technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be remedied; or
• We fail to deliver any draft within the agreed timeframe.
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a store credit as an alternative to a cash refund.
Store credits can be used toward any future purchase on singforme.co and do not expire.
